Olivia Stevens, LPC earned her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Vanderbilt University’s Human Development Counseling program. She is passionate about supporting children, adults, and families as they navigate life’s challenges—including life transitions, relationship struggles, behavior issues, ADHD and ASD, grief and loss, trauma, anxiety, and depression. Olivia brings valuable experience from her work in schools and community settings, where she has supported young children and their families in building resilience and connection.
Olivia’s approach to therapy is integrative and personalized. She tailors each session to the unique needs of her clients, drawing from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, play therapy, and mindfulness. She is also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), both highly effective methods for healing trauma. By blending practical skills with self-compassion and insight, Olivia empowers clients to break free from unhelpful patterns and move toward lasting growth and healing.
Clients often describe Olivia as warm, collaborative, and genuinely invested in their well-being. She believes each person is the expert of their own life and creates a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered to discover new possibilities for themselves.
