Aly Frost, LMSW, is a dedicated therapist committed to supporting children, teens, adults, and families as they navigate mental health and substance use challenges. She earned her Master’s in Social Work (MSW) from Fordham University in 2022, bringing a wealth of clinical experience from both outpatient therapy settings and intensive inpatient substance use treatment programs.

Outside of the therapy room, Aly stays busy spending time with her five children. To recharge, she enjoys diving into true crime podcasts, baking chocolate cookies, or relaxing at the beach.
