We are primarily a private pay practice, which allows us to thoughtfully match clients with the right therapist and begin care more quickly. Pricing starts at $200 per session.
Some of our therapists accept Cigna and are certified non-network Tricare Providers. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept new and returning Carefirst/BCBS clients at this time. Availability for insurance-based appointments may be more limited, especially for child clients under 16.

We are out of network with most insurances. If you do not have out of network benefits and are seeing specialized counseling with us, such as EMDR, play therapy, contact your insurance and ask about a single case agreement.
