She is a warm and dedicated therapist known for her authenticity, compassion, and unwavering support. Taylor is deeply committed to creating a safe, nurturing environment where clients feel truly seen, heard, and empowered to heal and grow.

She has extensive experience working with adolescents and adults across inpatient, residential, and community-based settings. Taylor specializes in supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, mood disorders, and personality disorders, bringing a nuanced understanding of complex mental health challenges to her work.

Grounded in a trauma-informed lens, Taylor draws from a range of evidence-based approaches, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness-based sobriety practices. Taylor believes that healing happens in the context of a strong therapeutic relationship. She meets each client where they are and helps them build resilience through connection, curiosity, and mutual respect. By showing up as her genuine self, she creates a collaborative space where clients can explore their emotions, challenges, and goals with confidence and self-compassion.
