Ally Noone, MSW, earned her Masters in Social Work from Saint Mary’s College of Notre Dame in May of 2025. She is currently working under supervision towards licensure as a clinical social worker (LCSW). Ally has a deep passion for working with individuals experiencing life’s challenges, whether those be anxiety, depression, ADHD, or trauma. Her background involves children, adolescents, and families in school counseling settings, where she developed a strong commitment to creating safe, supportive environments for growth and healing.
Drawing on her experiences in schools and her education in evidence-informed approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Ally supports her clients in building emotional regulation skills, developing healthier coping skills, and navigating life transitions.
She integrates psychoeducation, play-based strategies, and a strengths-based lens to foster resilience and connection in the therapeutic relationship. Ally is especially committed to practicing with cultural humility and strives to meet each client where they are with warmth, compassion, and curiosity.
