Lauren Franklin
Lauren Franklin is one of the Client Care Specialists for Counseling of Alexandria, LLC. Lauren has always had a passion for mental health and being an advocate for those in need. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology with an Emphasis in Research from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2021. During her time at University of Nevada, Reno, she was an Undergraduate Research Assistant for the Visual Perception Lab. Lauren has a background in Case Management providing psychoeducational rehabilitative services to underprivileged and geriatric populations. She also has experience as a Behavior Technician, helping children diagnosed with autism spectrum and developmental delays with ABA therapy.
Currently, Lauren is pursuing her master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Licensed Professional Clinical Counseling from Pepperdine University and will graduate in Spring 2024.
Lauren is a friendly voice that will greet you when you call the COA office! She is dedicated to giving our client individualized and empathic care and making both them and our staff at COA feel supported.
