Lauren Franklin

Resident in Counseling

Lauren Franklin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Research and Experimental Psychology from the University of Nevada, Reno (2021) and a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University (2024).

Lauren takes an eclectic and integrative approach to therapy, drawing on the unique strengths and tools of each client to collaboratively find solutions. She creates a non-judgmental and supportive space where clients can explore their emotions and gain deeper self-awareness, empowering them to live more authentic lives.

Lauren has a particular passion for working with children, adolescents, and adults struggling with depression, anxiety, and trauma. She utilizes a blend of mindfulness, somatic techniques, and IFS-informed interventions to guild clients through their healing journey. Lauren also fosters a safe and welcoming space for children to express themselves and develop important skills.

With a trauma-focused perspective and a foundation in cognitive behavioral techniques, Lauren supports clients in overcoming challenges and achieving the fulfilling life they’ve always desired.

Lauren has been a part of our Client Care Team for 2 years and is currently a Resident in Counseling under the supervision of Nina Cassada, LPC.
