Anxiety Support Group

Many of us are experiencing worry, stress, and anxiety right now. This group may help you in learning what causes anxiety and how to cope with it. Some of the benefits of this group are:

  • Learn how to recognize anxiety, fear, panic, worry, and the differences between them.

  • How to notice when you are having an anxiety response and how to quiet it.

  • Practice physical and mental grounding techniques to help lower anxiety in the moment.

  • Learn about how anxiety works with our nervous system and our survival instincts.

  • Have accountability for establishing and maintaining self-care routines for yourself.

  • Understand the relationship between anxiety and depression and tools to resolve these feelings.

  • Support to enhance or prepare for individual therapy.

Cost: $60 per 60 minute group session, meets weekly. 

You may be able to use both in-network and out of network insurance benefits for this group. 

Time and day of the week will be established based on group member scheduling needs.
